1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZK568 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZK568 website located at https://zk568.cam and all related content, tools and services provided thereon.

4 Account Eligibility

5 Account Registration & Security

ZK568 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found in breach of this section, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance where permitted by law.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

Users engaging with betting or gaming through connected operators should be aware of the following general principles:

• Decimal Odds: All odds presented on ZK568 are in decimal format. Decimal odds represent total return per unit staked, including the original stake. Users should familiarise themselves with odds formats before placing wagers.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including match abandonment, data errors, obvious pricing errors or other exceptional circumstances as determined by the relevant operator.

• Reproduction, copying or redistribution of Platform content in any form or medium.
• Modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Commercial exploitation of any Platform content, including resale or sublicensing.
• Removal or obscuring of any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices from Platform content.

User-generated content submitted to ZK568 — including support communications and feedback — grants ZK568 a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use such content for operational and improvement purposes.

14 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK568 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ZK568 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on odds information, bonus guidance or betting tips published on ZK568.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss or security breaches caused by factors outside ZK568's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Actions, omissions or terms applied by third-party operators with whom you interact through or in connection with ZK568.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This does not override the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User's country of residence where such laws confer non-waivable rights.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable legislation. ZK568 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. ZK568 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to these Terms.
